Les Années Folles - Limousine Trip EP (2010) Review

Elo I'm so bored that I decided to make this review lool

Note that I'm really bad at this and it's my first time trying to do it BAAHAHHAAA

Les Années Folles is a French duo consisting of Balatron & Hyppolite, they were only active on MySpace in 2010!

The EP contains 4 songs (Limousine Trip, Jet Trip, Hctay & Yacht) which are ALL bangers!!

Now uhhh I'm gonna try my best to review these tracks

Limousine Trip:

This track has a really happy vibe, especially cause of the funkiness and complexity behind the production of the original song, something also to note is the compression on this track, it is ON POINT!!!, literally the perfect amount of it for a very funky track!

Track samples Change - Paradise

Jet Trip:

The sample on this one is just PERFECTION!! Their chopping style reminds me a bit of The Phantom's Revenge 2008-2011 works on this one, drums are very compressed from what I can hear, but i still don't really know how it sounds without the low quality mp3 compression since the track in it's original quality is still not found after all these years.

Hctay:

Even tho I don't like tracks that use samples that were overused, this is a really good flip of Change's 'Miracles'!, I don't really have anything else to say about this one lmao.

Yacht:

Same case and sample as Hctay, it's another good flip of Change's 'Miracles', and once again, I don't really have anything else to say about this one.
